    PRE-ORDER POLICY - Please Read Before Purchasing

    When placing a Pre-Order or Back-Order on Dusk TCG, please note the following:

    • Combined Shipping: All items in your cart will ship together when the Pre-Order item becomes available.
      For example, if a Pre-Order item is scheduled to ship in one month, all other items in the same order will ship at that time.
      If you would like in-stock items shipped immediately, please place a separate order.

    • No Partial Fulfillments or Cancellations: Orders cannot be partially shipped or partially cancelled. Please plan your purchases accordingly.

    • Immediate Payment: Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases are charged immediately at checkout via credit card or PayPal.

    • Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment, but are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee incurred at the time of purchase and will be deducted from your refund.
