5. Wholesale terms
Wholesale accounts are prepaid and operate on the terms below. Full terms are issued with your first price list.
  • Payment is by bank transfer only, in full at order confirmation. Orders are allocated and dispatched once funds have cleared. We do not offer card payment, credit terms or buy-now-pay-later on wholesale orders.
  • Minimum order AED 3,000. Orders under AED 10,000 that cannot be consolidated with a scheduled shipment may carry a delivery charge.
  • Per-line minimums: 5 units on items under AED 200, 2 units on items AED 200 to 900, 1 unit on booster boxes and premium collections.
  • Pre-orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at order; the balance is due before release.
  • In-stock orders cancelled after we have committed to our supplier carry a 5% cancellation fee.
  • Inspect deliveries on arrival. Report damage within 24 hours with photos of the outer box, inner packaging and product, before opening. Cosmetic marks on shrink-wrap or outer boxes are not refundable.
  • Sealed product is final sale once opened. Price lists are valid for 7 days and availability is subject to change.
  • Resale is permitted through the channels declared on this form. We ask wholesale partners to respect Dusk TCG's minimum advertised pricing where one is published.
